I have been a patient here for over a month, and it’s sad to say that I am leaving tomorrow. Everyone was very nice and always treated me with kindness and respect. The staff did a great job taking care of me, and the food was good too. Thank you all for making my stay comfortable and pleasant.

I went to this rehab/hospital with some real issues and no expectations, especially the food. I was quite surprised, they make their own soups from scratch and do a very good job of it . Having worked in a large jail system and 3 family restaurants kitchens praise is something rarely received, this kitchen crew does a pretty good job of keeping everyone well fed. 4.5 stars, cause no one’s perfect.

This place is absolutely amazing. They treated my grandma with such care and respect. They always listened to her, call lights answered immediately, it’s incredibly clean and just such a nice facility. I’m so happy we were able to find her such an amazing place. Love the staff!!

The Sun City post acute care is a wonderful place for Rehab. I am very impressed with the staff and in house doctors. The nurses and CNA’s are friendly and helpful. Last year I was at a different Rehab for Valley fever. They were short staffed and too busy to give the personal care I get at Sun City Rehab Post Acute care.

Family member was here for several weeks and it was just the best care. Everyone is so kind and considerate. If you leave a message, they call you back. They answer questions and they try to work with you. It is not a glamorous place. The hospital beds look like they’re from the 70s, but that is a small price to pay because the only thing that matters is the care and they’ve got that in spades. I can’t say enough about this place I would happily have any of my family members here. You will probably share a room, but again these are minor issues. The only thing that matters is the care.

It was the first time that my mom had been taken there. The nurses, NA’s, and assistants were probably the caring, fun and pleasant we have ever dealt with. Although I think they were shorted staff on most shifts, they made it pleasant to be there. The food I must say was pretty tasty and a good variety of dishes. A pleasant stay for her recovery. The therapist were very good!!

Patient care appears to be ok. Communication between staff and the patient significant other needs improvement. All of the residence clothing are not always returned, plus ends up with someone else’s please of clothing.

I arrived at 9:15 pm February 17, 2026. This was my first experience with a “Live in” therapy facility. I was immediately welcomed by the Nurse on duty and taken to my room. I found the staff very friendly and without delay continued my physical therapy and occupational therapy. Sun City Post Acute has daily activities for their patients and visitors are welcome throughout the day and evening. Nutrition is based upon the needs of the patient and the food was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Sun City Post Acute. THANK YOU!

Sun City Post ACUTE provides excellent care. My brother has been in three rehabs and Sun City Post acute lives up to its name. People don’t realize how hard it is to work in skilled nursing. It takes a special person to work there. I am just glad that the staff at Post Acute care about the patients. Thanks to the Nurses, CNA’s , cleaning staff for the their dedication. It is appreciated. I love this facility everyone is really nice who works there and they really want the patients to get better and to succeed . The building smells clean and nice. Monica, Tara, and Heather are amazing people.

I was trying to find a book for beginners playing Mah Jong, and it was not easy to find. The girl helping me at the Sun City library wouldn’t quit until we found one at another library & she had it sent to the Sun City library for me to pick up there.I really appreciated her tenacity!!

We are thankful to God for guiding us to SCPA. The overall level of care that SCPA provided for our family member was outstanding. The Lead Nurse on the second level observed that our family member’s condition was beginning to deteriorate when she arrived due to health complications. The Lead Nurse then addressed her concerns in a meeting with the care team and family members. This marked the start of the care team’s incredible work as they united to assist her in improving her general physical and mental health. She was a bedridden resident when she was brought to SCPA in June of 2025, but now she can sit up, eat by herself, move around in her wheelchair, and occasionally use a walker (femur surgery). The capacity of SCPA professionals to develop a one-on-one relationship with our family members has a profound impact on our lives. We are truly grateful to the medical team, facilities staff, and C-levels for their significant contribution to her overall improvement.

Love it! Clean facility, friendly and compassionate staff, and strong nurses and therapists. Been a quality place for us!

Under staffed. Just interested in the money. Brought us in, handed me a stack of papers with no info just “fill this out” an hour and ahalf later I had to go track down someone to explain what it was I was signing. The aide was in the 2nd floor doing something else while we were on the 1st floor. Husband says he isn’t getting his meds. I don’t know cause I can’t be here 24-7. They called for an investigation of elder abuse cause he doesn’t want to eat and had a bed sore cause it took THEM 6 days to get him admitted after I ASKED for him to be admitted. If ZERO was an option thats what I would have given. Too bad I didn’t read ALL the other BAD REVIEWS 1ST.
