I was here several times to visit my uncle he got awesome care and the staff was all very nice and worked very hard !!! And still gave great care to my Aunt and uncle. They offered food and snacks and a bed for my Aunt when she was there every day and night ! They are just amazing thank you all for all you did for my uncle Daniel A. Capritta.

This location is very clean the staff is very nice and helpful.

They are going out of their way to provide excellent care of my hubby. Everyone is so nice and caring. I appreciate all of you. Update Aug. 28 2026 We are drowning in bills that this place has submitted for services that were not rendered. My father was comatose and not even in the facility when they said he did physical therapy. He was home on hospice. This facility is nothing but a scam. Yes, I do have receipts of their fraud. There is absolutely no way possible that the positive reviews are all real. We are sending proof to our insurance carrier of this fraud, and hopefully they will do an investigation. Please do not send you loved one to this corrupt facility. While there are some wonderful people that work here, they are few and far between. I would not send my worst enemy here. Please send your loved one here if you want their last days being neglected and in pain.

I’ve been here for over a year now and I can say if it wasnt for the therapy department here I wouldn’t be in the shape I’m in now. Lucy is always there to help with a problem and Carol in the kitchen makes some excellent food. The nurses mary and Natalie are the best

My wife is recovering from a serious infection there. It was life threatening. The care at Banner Thunderbird brought here back and she is recovering now. Her long stay at post acute has be very good. The are some communications problems among staff. Most of the food while variable has been good. I spent nearly every afternoon and dinner time with my wife and the facility staff. Vast majority are kind and professional. We selected the location be we live in the same neighbourhood.

We are very happy with the care that my mom is receiving at Post Acute. Everyone that works there is so caring and knowledgeable and would recommend this facility highly.

I just visited my friend at Sun City Post Acute and this is what I found: an immaculate facility and a staff that treats her like family.

My mom was there for 20 days. The first few days everyone was checking in on her all the time had her in a wheel chair and sitting on the edge of her bed. She was then moved to another room and hardly any one came to check on her. She passed away while she was there. No body from the facility called and said anything about her passing. The rooms could you some paint on the walls the rooms are very dark also some updated furniture would help At this time I do not recommend this facility.

This facility is spotless and the staff is top notch. Would highly recommend to anyone considering.

My husband has been in Sun City Post Acute for nearly two months now. I visit him often and have learned routines and schedules used here for showers, PT, OT and meals etc. Some of what I have learned and witnessed is that the nurses and CNAs in the Memory Unit work tirelessly each day and night to afford my husband and other patients great care. Each patient has different degrees of disabilities and abilities so it does take time to know and recognize their needs. No one caregiver is perfect and good communication is key. But I have now grown to be comfortable with the care expended to my husband.

We had wonderful experience with your facility. The care was top notch. Nurse Mary was very helpful when he first got there. Nurse Cathy was fantastic on his care recently. Lucy from socal service was awesome she helped with a lot. The cleaning stuff was always there to help. Maintenance did repairs great. Thank you to everyone Taylor you were excellent as well as your staff..

In visiting my sister today. Staff was kind, facility was clean, and in the couple hours we were there, several people checked in on her. Thank you for your good care with my sister.

This staff takes very good care of our friends. No matter what department you visit the workers are caring and take time to help you despite a busy schedule. Even the receptionist knows all the residents by name! And it’s bright and cheery!

So many of my favorite people here. My mother has been here since April and I can’t say enough things about how amazing her nurses, PT, case management, front desk, nursing assistance have been. They are on top of waters, changing, attention to detail, scheduling appointments, transportation. I am a nurse myself, and would look up to these ones for how kind and compassionate they are. My mother has showed improvements everyday she has been there. Couldn’t be more grateful.

My mom had to stay here for a few weeks and had great care. Lucy is someone that stood out to us. She was so helpful, she gave me total Confidence in our plans to hit our goals. Thank you for taking care of our mom.

One of the best skilled nursing facilities in the West Valley that I have visited. Very clean and staff are all welcoming and friendly!

Great building and even better staff highly recommend

My brother Sean has been in Sun City Post Acute since January 2026. He is a good guy but, he can be a handful. He is dying of end stage liver failure. When he was transferred here, I could not believe the transformation he made in a few months and it is all due to Post Acute. They treat him with kindness and firmness and believe me, he needs it. He has found friends and is looking so much better. I want to thanks the staff for what they have done for my brother Sean. Your staff are your most important resource for your organization. It their hard work that changes people’s lives. I sure Sean can still be a handful but he is actually happier than I have seen him in a long time. Thanks to PT who actually had him standing and walking short distances. Thanks to the CNA’s for there kindness and professionalism and thanks to the Nurse’s for care and time they take with him.. Special Shout Out to his nurse Mary who has made a MAJOR impact on his recovery. Mary takes no guff but she is respectful at the same time. She is what Sean needed to reach where he is know. I cannot tell you how thankful I am for finding Sun City Post Acute.
